1. What is Alpha Male Ultimate
Formula?

2. How
does Alpha Male Ultimate Formula differ from prescription
drugs for men?
Prescription Drugs primarily work by inhibiting
PDE-5 in smooth muscle tissue. PDE-5 stops blood from flowing
out of the corpus cavernosa. The build up of blood within
around 1 hour will create an erection. While is effective
for some, for many the side effects are significant. Smooth
muscle tissue is found in a variety of important organs
throughout the body. PDE-5 inhibition is not isolated to
the penile tissue. The result is a variety of side effects
including discoloration, cardio risk, uncontrollable erection
and more.
Alpha Male Ultimate Formula is all natural.
It promotes sexual enhancement by stimulating endocrine
health. Tongkat Ali and other herbs, boost ATP, cGMP and
Testosterone. Testosterone is necessary to elicit the biochemical
cycle associated with sexual arousal. ATP and its derivative
cGMP increase NO2 in the blood, which allows blood flow
into the penis. Hence, with these herbs, you will get less
side effects than with prescription drugs.
Figuratively speaking, if we compare the sexual
process in men to a bathroom sink, Testosterone is like
the faucet (turns on the reaction) and ATP and cGMP are

3. Can
you use Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM with ViagraTM?
We prefer you don't. ViagraTM is a prescription
drug that requires Doctor's supervision. Understand that
Viagra is primarily described for those that are experiencing
difficulty with erection. This is often the result of low
testosterone or free testosterone levels and cGMP deficiency.
If you are taking Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM, you will
see an specific improvement in these two areas. Using the
two together may enhance the expression of the negative
side-effects associated with Viagra.
To elaborate, cGMP and Testosterone are also
found throughout the body and have very natural ways of
diffusing in the body. For example, both are metabolic and
can be easily controlled by physically or sexually exerting
the body. The PDE-5 inhibition generally only dissipates
over active period of the drug in the body.
To use the example above, if the water is
flowing better and the faucet turns on better, image what
happens when you also clog the sink.

4. Is
it true that Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM has a more pro-sexual
effect than prescription drugs?
Many experience more "pro-sexual" effects with
Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM than with prescription drugs.
Most major prescription drugs inhibit PDE-5, resulting in
erection (see question 3). Sexual stimulation may result
from the novelty of having a full erection.

5. How
does this differ from Yohimbe?
Herbal Powers does not currently sell products
that contain Yohimbe. Yohimbe works by acting on the brain
to heighten stimulatory sensation. It can be effect for
some that are having problems primarily with being able
to be stimulated. However, we find that there are too many
side effects associated with this type of approach to sexual
enhancement, including discoloration, increase in heart
rate, etc. We have also found the extraction process for
Yohimbe to be problematic, unable to extract out all the
liver toxic elements.

6. Is
Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM safe for people with Diabetes
or those with heart problems?
The product is safe for both of these groups. That said,
it is important to consult your physician. In many cases,
those in this category may not be in physical condition
for rigorous activity. This may include those with late
stage hypertension, carotid, peripheral vascular disease,
or prior stroke. For Diabetics and those with heart problems,
we would suggest you take LJ100TM over Alpha Male Ultimate

7. Is
Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM safe to use?
This product has passed both acute and chronic tests for
safety. However, Alpha Male Ultimate FormulaTM is not suggested
for those with medical conditions, which make sexual activity
unsafe. This may include those with late stage hypertension,
carotid, peripheral vascular disease, or prior stroke.

8. Are
there any side effects?
For most people there are no side effects (See section on
Clinical Trials). Tongkat Ali has been safely used for centuries
in Southeast Asia. However, like many herbs, Alpha Male
Ultimate Formula has diuretic herbs in the formulation.
You will want to be aware of your hydration level.

9. Does
Alpha Male Ultimate Formula work for women?
We have some anecdotal evidence to suggest
that Alpha Male Ultimate Formula works for women. Sexuality
in men and women differ significantly. LJ100 may be a better
product, particularly for women over 40. For women, between
30-40, a combination of products might be effective. Please

10. Why
change Tongkat Ali Power Plus?
The decision to change from Tongkat Ali Power Plus the old
name was a tough one for the company. There were a number
of reasons. The major ingredients are all the same. However,
there are a few adjustments to the formula that decrease
some of the negative side effects that a small percentage
of our clients suggested they were experiencing. For example,
a few of our clients reported flushing as a side effect.
This will be a positive change in the new formulation. I
would also mention we did extensive testing to insure that
the products were comparable and would satisfy our toughest
customers.
Another reason for the change is that we wanted
to have an Alpha Male Line of Products for ease of branding.
We have a lighter product that is very popular as well,
Alpha Male. This way one can more easily tell which of the
formulated products is stronger and might be the right product
for their health goals.
Tongkat Ali Power Plus was one of our most
popular products. We hope our clients will enjoy a very
similar experience with Alpha Male Ultimate Formula.
